Job description and requirements
- Market Analysis & Enquiry Generation
- Evaluation of tender documents
- Attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on Tender
- Cost Estimation of the Project
- Estimation of quantities and heat load calculation
- Preparation of techno- commercial proposals
- Floating enquiries for various supplies and bought out items
- Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis
- Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations
- Approving or rejecting requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules
- Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to ensure adherence to schedule
- Assisting procurement section in purchase orders
- Coordination with purchase and planning department for material delivery and technical submittals
- Technical Planning control and data sheet preparation for all the items of the project and get approval from customer / consultant
- Preparing inventory details, Stock sheet and as built drawings
Desired Profile
- BE / B Tech Mechanical Engineer with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC
- Expertise in techno commercial negotiation and interpretation of complex terms and conditions of contract
- Able to read Engineering Drawings
- Knowledge of duties & taxes applicable against supply & service
- Knowledge of Basic engineering products viz. Gearbox, Bearings, Pumps etc.
- Knowledge of Product application engineering & performance troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
