The tower structure is made of Pultruded FRP, which is far superior to HDG steel in terms of corrosion-resistance and, therefore, has a longer service life. In fact, FRP is ideal for wet, corrosive conditions encountered during cooling tower operation.
Paharpur provides PVC fills, which are solvent welded into a cross corrugated configuration to squeeze out maximum cooling per unit area, with minimum pressure drop & pump head. The 3-pass drift eliminators we use serve to push the limits of efficient performance and the gear reducers, which are built specifically for cooling tower operation, have an efficiency higher than 95%. The materials of construction for all parts & components are carefully selected to deliver maximum benefit to our clients at minimum maintenance; this careful selection and expert engineering have made us a world leader in cooling tower operation.
