Job description - Roles and Responsibilities  
  1. Formulation of HR Policies at site
  2. Development of metrics-driven Performance Management System
  3. Development and Implementation of Talent Acquisition and Retention Strategy
  4. Developing a Training and Development framework
  5. Liasoning with government bodies/authorities to acquire registration and licenses while setting up a project site
  6. Coordination with HO team
  7. Prepare and submit monthly HR and Admin MIS reports with Corporate HR
  8. Handling all administrative duties such as monitoring housekeeping, ticket & hotel booking, etc.
  9. Maintaining Leave Records and timely submission of Attendance Input Data for salary processing
  10. Documentation of all staff and laborers deployed at Project Site on Outsourced rolls and on a temporary basis
  Desired Candidate Profile  
  1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  2. Self-starter: highly motivated with an unusual amount of initiative and energy, practically indefatigable
  3. Leadership capabilities, strong communication (both written and verbal) skills, ability to learn and adapt quickly
  4. Ability to stay unbiased, impartial, and dispassionate in the work environment
  5. Eagerness to step into what is going to be a challenging role.
