Owing to a unique ‘Octagonal design’, the OXF-30K can deliver a high rate of cooling per unit volume – allowing air-entry from all four sides as opposed to double-flow (two-sided) configuration in which crossflow towers are built in the industry. By doubling air-entry, the OXF significantly improves thermal performance – in terms of both efficiency and economy.

A CTI-certificate is your guarantee for only the most reliable thermal performance rating. The Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) is the world’s foremost authority on cooling technology and provides cooling tower performance testing services and issues certificates based on the results – this certificate is well-respected and very reliable owing simply to the strictness and quality of the performance test. The reason why not many vendors have CTI-certified cooling towers is because the process is expensive, extensive and undermines often business interests.

Paharpur’s OXF-30K is India’s only CTI-certified crossflow cooling tower and has been servicing industries around the world with its reliable thermal performance.

Like every other Paharpur product, the OXF has an integrated system design. This master plan for high and reliable thermal performance is designed carefully taking many factors into account – intensive cooling operation, the moist environment inside the tower, economies of performance, atmospheric and geographical conditions to ensure that Paharpur’s thermal performance is second to none. Long service life is a priority – materials of construction for the cooling tower and its components are chosen depending on your operation – dirty water applications demand greater resistance to corrosion and chemical attack. All steel components are hot dip galvanised and stainless steel variants are also available. The tower casing and basins are made of corrosion resistant FRP and the mechanical components are designed to operate reliably in the moist atmospheric conditions inside the cooling tower.

Increase uptime and productivity with online maintenance – an access door to the side of the cooling tower provides access to the inside of the tower, which can be inspected even during operation. All mechanical equipment can be inspected and repaired from outside the tower; regular inspection of the basin, fill and support inside the tower will also help reveal any damage, fouling or breakage in its early stages and will help foresee and forestall operational hurdles.
